Responsible for development, expand distribution channel, planning and implementation of Sales and Marketing Strategy within the country in order to achieve the set budget and objectives.
Responsible for providing necessary service and support to new and existing partners.
Responsible on identifying and hiring new talents to support company growth.
Maintain regular contacts and meetings with Telecommunication partners in the country.
Collaborate with other Regional Managers in areas of order management, sales reporting, monitoring of contractual agreement to ensure smooth handling and fulfillment of sales transactions.
Responsible for the talent and supervision development of personnel in order to ensure employee morale, career development and productivity are aligning with management requirement.
Ensure business is conducted responsibly and in compliance with internal guidelines, rules and regulations, and the laws and regulations of all the countries where business is conducted
Requirements:
Minimum Degree in any related Field.
At least 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with mobile management preferably in Telecommunication Industry.
Good experience in identifying customers’ needs in complete
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
A pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Possess initiative, business competence, driver, customer focus & strategic judgment.
