Wild Digital Women In Tech: Supporting the Growth of Women Leaders

Women in tech have long been underrepresented, with gender discrimination rife in areas like pay, workplace culture, employment, and even education. These gaps are gradually being addressed, but could still do with much improvement. In 2018, we started the #WomenInTech initiative and made a serious effort to identify great women in the tech scene by offering tickets to women all over the world to attend Wild Digital. The results were amazing, we hit a record high of 1:2 male to female ratio at the Southeast Asia conference! We're proud of what we've achieved. Although there is still a long road ahead of us in regard to achieving gender parity in tech, we're committed to continuing this effort.
