Forest Interactive Continues to Make Headlines As A High-Growth Company by Financial Times and Statista

KUALA LUMPUR – Forest Interactive ranks once again in the Malaysia’s Growth Champions and High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific listings, based on data compiled by Statista, in partnership with Financial Times, Nikkei Asia, and The Star.

Audited based on a company’s revenue growth between the years of 2016 and 2019, the developer of scalable mobile platforms emerged as one of the top 25 companies in Malaysia’s Growth Champions 2021 and ranked 459 out of the top 500 companies listed on the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia Pacific 2021.

This is the second consecutive year that Forest Interactive has received these prestigious recognitions, demonstrating the company’s digital capabilities and the enthusiasm to serve more innovative businesses through technology in a world of fast-changing demands.Source: The Star

According to the verified data, the total revenue earned by the company in 2019 amounted to RM25 million with a total revenue growth of 47.3% and 13.8% year-over-year between 2016 and 2019.

The Malaysia’s Growth Champion 2021 top 25 list was compiled through active research from Statista’s analysts together with a call for registration made in The Star. While for the High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2021 ranking, Financial Times and Statista jointly evaluated the capabilities of over 50 million registered businesses from 12 countries in the region, shortlisting only 500 companies that have demonstrated sustainability, credibility, and substance between this short period. Forest Interactive managed to rise through the ranks, coming in at 459, an improvement from the 473 placement the year before.

“Forest Interactive is proud to be included in these rankings for the second year in a row, and to be recognized once again as a fast-growing company alongside other industry leaders,” said Johary Mustapha, CEO of Forest Interactive. “We are humbled to add this to our ever-growing list of awards and accomplishment.”

“To be identified for our growth in the telecommunications, technology, and esports sectors gives us the momentum and encouragement to push more boundaries, and move the innovation needle forward to advance the industries we serve,” added Johary.

Based in Kuala Lumpur with 17 regional offices worldwide, Forest Interactive has been providing innovative and revenue-generating solutions to over 70 mobile operators and 120 content providers from across the globe with its scalable mobile platforms. Last year, the company was also listed in Malaysia’s Growth Champions 2020, announced by The Star, and was recognized in High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2020 by Financial Times.
